About Us

Karcher Church is for anyone who desires to begin or continue their journey towards a relationship with God. Here, you’ll find seekers, new believers, or seasoned followers growing and establishing true friendships along the journey of following God. Our worship is contemporary, our style is casual. Come as you are because what is most important is that you come.

Karcher Church began as the Franklin Road Church founded in 1949 by a group of Northwest Nazarene College students and community members. As our church grew, an 80 acre farm was purchased, buildings were designed, and a new name was birthed: Karcher Church of the Nazarene. We are an excited group of Christ followers, seeking to bring Jesus to people and people to Jesus.

Our Sunday ministries meet at 9:15a with Worship Service at 10:45a.

INFINITE GOD

We believe God to be the eternal, infinite, Sovereign Creator and Sustainer of the universe. He alone is God, holy in nature and purpose. He is Triune in being, revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

JESUS CHRIST

We believe Jesus Christ is the Second Person of the Trinity; that He was eternally one with the Father; that He became incarnate by the Holy Spirit and was born of the Virgin Mary. We believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins, and that He truly arose from the dead and took again His body, together with all things appertaining to the perfection of man’s nature. He ascended into heaven and is there engaged in intercession for us.

WE BELIEVE

These four tenets shape how we live life.

HOLY SPIRIT

We believe the Holy Spirit of God has been active from creation to this very day. Christ on His departure from earth said, "I will send you a comforter". He was speaking of the Holy Spirit who convinces the world of sin, transforms our lives and empowers us with gifts of service. He guides us into all truth as it is in Jesus.

HOLY SCRIPTURE

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God useful in revealing His nature, our true identity, the gospel of Christ, and His will for our lives.

GOSPEL IDENTITY

We are the sons and daughters of God intentionally joining our hearts with His to grow in his image.

HOLY COMMUNITY

We display radical hospitality as we celebrate together and carry each other's burdens.
